Customer Success

Customer Success agents are responsible for the initial support and ongoing guidance of new brokers on the use of EaseCentral.


  • Provide training on client company set up, insurance plan configuration, and employee onboarding processes
  • Professionally and personably engage broker clients on an ongoing basis to ensure that client needs are addressed in a timely manner
  • Relay all client concerns and feature requests to engineering for development and implementation


  • Strong interpersonal skills, both written and oral
  • Comfortable managing large numbers of concurrent client requests
  • Familiarity with support desk solutions (Freshdesk or Zendesk preferred)
