Product Manager

San Francisco, CA +
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about building products that customers love. You will join an agile and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
  • Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
  • Develop product pricing and positioning strategies
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements
  • Work with designers to develop prototypes and mockups
  • Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
  • Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
  • Drive product launches including working with public relations team, executives, and other product management team members
  • Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed
  • Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
  • Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services

Requirements

  • Proven work experience in product management or as an associate product manager
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
  • Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
  • Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job
  • Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred

Backend Engineer

Backend engineers at EaseCentral work on the implementation and integration of services to support the EaseCentral benefits and HR management solution.

Responsibilities

  • Work to integrate and build upon EaseCentral's benefits management foundation
  • Contribute to EaseCentral infrastructure and improve internal tooling
  • Integrate EaseCentral with third-party solution providers including payroll services, insurance carriers, and other HR products

Requirements

  • A strong background in at least one programming language (C#, Java, Python, or Ruby)
  • A strong background in at least one relational database (PostgreSQL or MySQL preferred)
  • Familiarity with operations problems and solutions such as configuration management, deployment, and cloud providers

Full Stack Engineer

Full stack engineers at EaseCentral work on the EaseCentral benefits management and HR platform trusted by thousands of organizations and hundreds of thousands of users.

Responsibilities

  • Work to integrate and build upon EaseCentral’s benefits management foundation
  • Add new, user-facing features to the EaseCentral platform and refine existing services
  • Integrate EaseCentral with third-party solution providers including payroll services, insurance carriers, and other HR products

Requirements

  • A strong background in at least one programming language (C#, Java, Python, or Ruby)
  • A strong background in at least one relational database (PostgreSQL or MySQL preferred)
  • Familiarity with web development tools including JavaScript, jQuery, and at least one CSS framework (Foundation or Bootstrap preferred)

Marketing Associate

New York, NY +
Marketing Associates work closely with the marketing department, product team, and other internal stakeholders to ensure compelling and consistent communication of the brand and brand values across all campaign elements.

Responsibilities

  • Create sales and marketing collateral, specifically email, in-product communication, landing pages, videos, and webinars
  • Provide our direct and partner sales functions with the campaigns, promotions tools, evidence and insights required for success
  • Deliver daily and weekly reports on marketing results and continually optimize campaigns and media strategy to improve conversion
  • Work closely with the marketing department, product team, and other internal stakeholders to ensure compelling and consistent communication of the brand and brand values across all campaign elements
  • Blog on an ongoing basis

Requirements

  • 3 years of B2B marketing experience that includes creation of sales and marketing collateral
  • Ability to deliver exceptional copy/content at high volumes under tight timelines
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a variety of mediums, as well as the ability to adopt the style, tone, and voice of our business
  • Experience working cross-functionally, particularly with sales and design
  • An inclination toward measurement; understanding of analytics and CRM tools
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Experience using marketing automation software (Marketo, Pardot, Hubspot, Act-on etc.)

Preferred

  • Bachelors or higher in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field
  • Proficiency in Marketo
  • Experience working in the health insurance industry
  • Experience working at a technology startup
  • HTML/CSS/Basic graphic design
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

User Interface Designer

San Francisco, CA +
User interface designers are responsible for designing interfaces and collaborating with engineers.

Responsibilities

  • Improve and build upon existing interfaces
  • Design new application features
  • Design tests to validate UI design decisions

Requirements

  • A track record of designing intuitive and visually stunning experiences for consumer web products (including responsive designs for desktop, tablet, and mobile)
  • Ability to quickly iterate on high fidelity designs and flesh out entire flows with attention to detail
  • A professional and personal portfolio of beautiful and useful interface designs that showcases a breadth of styles and approaches

Sales

The EaseCentral Sales team is responsible for reaching out to the insurance brokerage community to demonstrate the power and flexibility of the EaseCentral platform.

Responsibilities

  • Manage sales leads obtained from online and in-person marketing efforts
  • Provide sales demonstrations on all features of the EaseCentral platform including configuration of insurance benefits and management of company and employee information
  • Communicate all potential client requests to engineering to ensure EaseCentral continues to evolve to meet the needs of our market

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal skills, both written and oral
  • Comfortable managing large numbers of concurrent sales leads
  • Previous sales experience preferred but not required

Customer Success

Las Vegas, NV or San Diego, CA +
Customer Success agents are responsible for the initial support and ongoing guidance of new brokers on the use of EaseCentral.

Responsibilities

  • Provide training on client company set up, insurance plan configuration, and employee onboarding processes
  • Professionally and personably engage broker clients on an ongoing basis to ensure that client needs are addressed in a timely manner
  • Relay all client concerns and feature requests to engineering for development and implementation

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal skills, both written and oral
  • Comfortable managing large numbers of concurrent client requests
  • Familiarity with support desk solutions (Freshdesk or Zendesk preferred)
